- Kindly note that Duhita is part of our home and not a hotel.
- Check in time is 12 noon, check out time is 11 am.
- Breakfast is complimentary, and is served from 7 to 10 am everyday.
- We retain the right to make changes to your admission, duration of stay and choice of room here.
- For our security and the security of all our guests, we will ask to see your government issued photo identity at the time of checkin.
- Each room can host up to two adults. Only married couples or colleagues of the same gender may share a room.
- Kindly note that you may not take your visitors to your room. He or she may spend some time with you only at the lounge.
- Rooms may be booked in advance; payments for advance booking are non-refundable. Payment for room is required at the time of check in. All dues are to be cleared before checking out.
- We are not able to store your luggage after you check out.
- Please do not use your own locks and please hand over the room key to the attendant when leaving the building. We try to provide a high level of security, but we are not responsible for valuables in your room.
- Please note that smoking it not allowed anywhere in our premises.
- Please do not enter the kitchen.
- Please do not cook or use any heavy electrical appliances such as heaters, electric kettles in the room.
- Please conserve resources like water and electricity. Switch off T.V., A.C. fan and lights when you leave the room even for a short time.
- We reserve the right to verify information submitted to request reservation. False information at the time of booking may lead to cancellation.
